She graduated from a leading medical university in China and further advanced her training in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, earning her Advanced Acupuncture Certificate in 1989. In 1993, Dr Zhang completed an intensive three-year programme under the mentorship of Professor Mark Yu, one of the foremost authorities in Chinese Medicine, solidifying her expertise in both theory and clinical practice.
